Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Olyyra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. However, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the situation whenever possible


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Olyyra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with your local carrier

  2. Verify delivery location

  3. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@olyyra.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
